REFUND POLICY
Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required. Certain items, including but not limited to customized, perishable, or final sale items, may be non-refundable as permitted by law. T.C Placement reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe as required by applicable regulations.

SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed as promptly as possible, typically within standard business operating hours. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, and destination. T.C Placement is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; T.C Placement is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
