T.C PLACEMENT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel orders, restrict access, terminate accounts, or deny transactions for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, chargeback activity, or violations of these Terms.
PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
All products, descriptions, pricing, images, and availability are subject to change without notice.
T.C PLACEMENT does not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders affected by pricing or inventory inaccuracies.
PAYMENT TERMS
All payments must be received and verified before an order is processed. T.C PLACEMENT reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or that appears fraudulent.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates and shipping estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
T.C PLACEMENT shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by suppliers, carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, labor disruptions, acts of God, or any event beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier to the extent permitted by law.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by the T.C PLACEMENT Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Approved returns may be subject to a five percent (5%) restocking fee and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, branding, logos, graphics, text, designs, photographs, videos, and other materials displayed by T.C PLACEMENT are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from T.C PLACEMENT or the applicable rights holder.
